Time is a valuable commodity for both client and practititoner.I see my business as one based on mutual respect.
Please honor your scheduled appointment time and arrive promptly
for your services, I will return the favor.
Life happens, Cancellations need to be made occaisionally. 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.
No shows, and Late Cancellations. One verbal warning will be given and a deposit may be required to secure your next appointment. A service charge up to 50% may be applied for missed services.
Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash or personal check by approval. A $25.00 fee will be charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds, reimbursement in cash to be received within 14 days of notification.
Behavior: I reserve the right to cancel or end any scheduled service with expectation of full payment should behavior issues arise. Behavior issues include but are not limited to: toxicity, inebriation, aggressive action or speech, and solicitation.
